CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel service at any time. Call 833.365.DRIV (3748) or email service@365Simplicity.com. Cancellations that occur within three hours or less of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of $5 if the driver has been dispatched. If the driver has arrived onsite, a $10 cancellation fee will apply.REFUND POLICY: Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing, it may take additional days before the refund is seen in your account.
TEXT MESSAGING OPT-IN: Text messaging is an additional method of communication 365 Simplicity uses to reach out to its client base. For this purposes of this method of communication, mass text messages are defined as texts sent to a predetermined group of persons. Text messaging may also be utilized for sharing estimated time of arrival or delivery or a targeted message to an individual to communicate time-sensitive information. All users may opt-in or opt-out of receiving texts at any time. All users may opt out or unsubscribe from receiving text messages from 365 Simplicity at any time by texting STOP to (440) 299-8775. If you elect to opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from 365 Simplicity unless you opt-in by texting START to (440) 299-8775.
